Als Teil unseres Marketing-Teams wirst du eine Schlüsselrolle dabei spielen, wie wir unsere Nutzer*innen ansprechen. Du wirst strategisch daran arbeiten, inspirierenden Content zu erstellen, der nicht nur informiert, sondern begeistert und unsere Nutzer*innen zu einem gesünderen und glücklicheren Lebensstil motiviert.

Aufgabenbereich

Mit Kreativität: Konzipiere, gestalte und optimiere spannende Texte für verschiedene Kanäle. Erstelle Landing Pages, Blogartikel, Social Media Posts und E-Mails, die begeistern und überzeugen. Ergebnisse erzielen: Verbessere bestehende Blogartikel auf Grundlage von Daten und Nutzerfeedback kontinuierlich, um deren Relevanz und Performance zu maximieren. Einblicke gewinnen: Nutze Wettbewerbsanalyse und Trendbeobachtung, um innovative Inhalte zu erstellen. Bringe frische Perspektiven und dynamische Formate auf unsere Website ein. Verständnis fördern: Tauche tief in User-Behaviour ein und nutze Tools wie Hotjar, um Inhalte zu erstellen, die auf die Bedürfnisse der Nutzer*innen eingehen und ihre Erfahrungen bereichern. Strategische Content-Erstellung: Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Implementierung von Content-Strategien für Websites, inklusive Planung, Erstellung und Optimierung von Inhalten zur Steigerung der Markenbekanntheit und Zielgruppenreichweite. SEO und Marketing: Gutes Verständnis für SEO und Marketing Best Practices, um Content sowohl für Nutzer*innen als auch für Suchmaschinen zu optimieren und den organischen Traffic zu erhöhen. Kreativ und analytisch: Kreativ und analytisch, mit der Fähigkeit, Inhalte zu entwickeln, die auf die Bedürfnisse und Interessen der Nutzer*innen zugeschnitten sind, unsere Tone of Voice treffen und gleichzeitig die Leads-Generierung fördern. User-centric: Exzellente schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um komplizierte Gesundheitsthemen in spannende, inspirierende und leicht verständliche Inhalte zu verwandeln. Sprachgewandt: Fließend in Deutsch (auf muttersprachlichem Niveau) und sehr gut in Englisch, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich, um eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation im Unternehmen zu gewährleisten. Ausbildung & Qualifikationen

Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als UX-Texter, Redakteur oder Content Manager, idealerweise in den Bereichen Gesundheit und Startups. Bevorzugt Erfahrung mit CMS WordPress und JIRA, um deinen Arbeitsablauf zu vereinfachen. Kenntnisse/Spaß am Lernen im Umgang mit Tools wie Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Hotjar, Termlabs und weiteren.
