Monitoring Tools Specialist

This role has been designated as 'Edge', which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.

Job specifics/responsibilities**:

  • Prepares and maintains technical documentation to assist with operation, maintenance, and development of the monitoring.
  • Identifies critical business transactions and implement tools to managing alert and response.
  • Identifies opportunities for streamlining processes through automation.
  • Works with the primary AMS support team to provide industry leading service and support.
  • Leads implementation of tools and monitoring with Outsourcing providers.
  • Manages and ensures Security remediation Implementation for all findings.
  • Service maintenance employing ITIL principles.
  • Leads problem Management and resolution.
  • Creates systems for error handling, and logging.

Key deliverables/accountabilities**:

Education (degree) and professional experience required:

  • Bachelor's degree in technology or Computer Science
  • 5+ years of related Professional experience

Other requirements:

  • Fluent in written and verbal English
  • SolarWinds Implementation & Administration
  • OpsRamp Implementation & Administration
  • Cross-Domain knowledge, Networking, Cloud, OS, Virtualization, Application & containers
