As Contracts Manager you'll be influential in the ongoing profitable delivery of projects across the region.

The Contracts Manager will take an important role in setting and achieving regional business plan through effective management of people, resources, sub contractors, clients and budgets.

Managing project teams, ensuring performance against programme and budgets

  • Managing client relationships both in relation to ongoing tender opportunities and delivery of live projects
  • Experience of operating within the Tier 1 Main Contracting environment at a senior management level
  • Demonstrable experience of managing business units or regions encompassing multiple live projects at various stages of the project lifecycle
  • Strong financial management skills ability to project and manage budgets
  • Strong network in the local market, able to add value to business development and tenders through operational input.
  • Strong technical construction knowledge / experience gained through prior delivery
