Position Type: Full-Time
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Long-Term Contract, 5 days a week
About the Role:
- Provide support to students with special educational needs in a mainstream secondary school setting.
- Assist students in accessing the curriculum and participating in classroom activities.
- Collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to implement individualized support plans.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassion and empathy for students with special educational needs.
- Previous experience working with individuals with SEND is beneficial but not essential.
