The Role

  • Conducting compliance risk assessment training workshops
  • Conducting internal reviews and audits
  • Advising internal management/Heads Of on the implementation of compliance programs
  • Ensure all employees are thoroughly updated about the firm's policies, regulations, and processes
  • Developing risk management strategies
  • Following up on compliance issues that require investigation
  • Evaluating compliance systems and ensuring adequate software is in place
  • Reporting on compliance
The Person

  • Experience of compliance and financial risk management within the legal sector
  • A people person who is positive, handson and both team and results focused.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience working in law and compliance
  • Confident with Microsoft Office Products
