As Sales Manager with Jewson you will be reporting to the Business Unit Director for the North Yorkshire cluster (covering Hull, York, Scarborough and surrounding areas).
Jewson is part of Saint-Gobain, where we pride ourselves on being innovative, customer focused, agile, open and engaging and entrepreneurial.
Sales Manager
Here's a short breakdown of the key focus areas in this role
- Develop, lead, coach and support the sales team in delivering a differentiated customer value proposition
- Develop strong relationships with all key customers, working closely with colleagues to ensure customer relationships are managed at all levels across the business unit
- Coach the sales team on pricing best practices within the business unit market to enable effective commercial decision making
- Support the Business Unit Director on developing a strong sales forecast
