You will embody our brand's core values and be accountable for delivering an authentic and memorable service experience. Your role includes demonstrating exceptional time management, professional conduct on the shop floor, and positive customer interactions. You should excel in product knowledge, offering alternate options, and managing customer requests across stores and online platforms. Confidence in styling, outfit selection, and recommendations is key. Additionally, you will handle customer complaints efficiently and ensure adherence to GDPR regulations.

As the Store Manager, you will oversee store opening and closing procedures, emphasize the importance of data collection, and maintain a well-organized store environment. Monitoring stock levels, managing Health and Safety practices, and promptly addressing maintenance issues are also part of your responsibilities. You should possess a solid understanding of modern luxury trends and demonstrate a track record of successful outcomes in retail management.
