As a Concierge Supervisor you will liaise directly with both Assistant General Manager and Fitness Managers to ensure smooth daily operations, efficient reception, supervision & maintenance of the centre.

Including operation, key holding, stock control, programming, promotion, sales, developing staff and ensuring excellent customer service.

What you'll do

  • To build a high profile rapport with customers and create an excellent, quality 'customer experience' within King's Cross Fitness.
  • Ensure customer compliance with centre rules and procedures
  • Ensure the highest quality standards of customer care and service delivery are achieved within the centre.
  • Selling of goods for resale & retailing merchandise to achieve performance targets set.
  • Preparing smoothie/protein bar menu options whilst maintaining Food Hygiene standards.
  • Actively upselling products and services during customer interaction.
  • To encourage bookings of the Elevate experience from enquirers in person and on the telephone; communicating new ventures and recommending appropriate classes to potential customers.
  • Management of group booking programme.
  • Act as Shift Manager as required, supervising operational shifts and carrying out any other duties as required commensurate with the posts level of responsibility
  • To ensure the smooth operations of the booking system.
  • To ensure a robust stock control system is in place with regular stock recording and ordering takes place, supporting and managing the Fitness Manager's in this task.
  • To comply with the commitments outlined in the Customer Charter ensuring that standards are maintained as stipulated
  • To maintain a good and positive image of the centre to all participants proving a welcoming, helpful and professional service
  • To go above and beyond to ensure that the participants have an exceptional experience on every visit
  • To ensure all participants have registered and are booked onto the class

What you need

  • Experience in managing, developing and motivating a team.
  • Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (training will be provided)
  • A real focus on customer service
  • Passion and personality
  • Experience of administration
  • Knowledge of health and safety
  • Evidence of achieving results and making a difference to customers
  • Evidence of achieving results and making change happen through supervision and influence
  • A can do attitude
  • Be a great team player
  • Good IT, literacy, numerical and communication skills
  • A good positive image by providing welcoming, helpful and professional service to ensure the customers return week after week.
  • Proactively market and promote the Elevate classes
  • Ability to engage with all customers to activity encourage participation all service and activities
