Business Change Lead

Permanent, full time

Exciting news We are seeking a Business Change Lead to join our global team.

You will play a key role in supporting Brambles to mature and develop both its change management and change leadership capabilities.

You are the sort of person who thrives on providing hands-on, targeted advice, guidance and coaching.

This is an opportunity to work with strategically important projects, programs and other business initiatives to ensure they are set up for success from a change management perspective.


Our new Business Change Lead will provide on-going coaching to ensure that the changes being delivered land successfully with mínimal disruption to the business and all intended benefits are realised.


This is a unique chance to shape the way we do change management across the globe and empower you to bring key stakeholders along the journey whilst driving key change management deliverables.

  • At least 3 years' experience of working at the heart of business change management, in a complex global organisation
  • Endtoend experience of designing and delivering change and embedding into business as usual.
  • Exceptional communication skills; written and verbal
