As a Framework Manager,you willbe responsible for the operational and financial performance of the contract; delivery of key contract KPI's and full management of delivery and back office will be a key element of the role.
Ensure all work within the contracts under your control are carried out in full compliance with health, safety, welfare, and environmental regulations while working to maximize the profitability of each contract under their control and ensuring satisfaction of contractual requirementsBe responsible for ensuring the contract's Profit & Loss performance is in line with forecast each week
Manage subcontractor relationships; Ensure compliance with the client's authorisation requirements and specifications, with the company standards of service and quality systems
Control documentation from cradle to grave with an overall responsibility for the back-office support team
Ensure that the sub-contractors and direct labour are assessed in terms of their health and safety competence prior to commencing work for on and behalf of the company
Assess the risk associated with our operations and ensuring that suitable and sufficient site-specific method statements and risk assessments are compiled with in advance of works
Ensure the Safety, consistency of approach and quality of delivery
Leads and motivates others from the front and continually strive to improve performance
Proactive management of issues – upstream and downstream
Make considered analysis and interpretation of data to assess risk and implement viable solutions
Set clear and appropriate goals which focus on project and wider business objectives (including client and customer objectives)
Management of subcontractors
Experience of new contracts / change management of existing (setting up new processes)
Commercial and operational management of £15m+ p.a. contract with ideally experience of multiple contracts
Identification of process and performance GAPS and resolution of issues through development of improvements
