The Role: As a Shared Lives Co-ordinator, you will recruit and assess new Shared Lives Carers and match them with individuals seeking a Shared Lives living arrangement. You will support a caseload of Shared Lives Carers, handle any arising issues, and promote Shared Lives through publicity and engagement with local care teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote Shared Lives through publicity and engaging with local care teams
  • Maintain records using electronic and paper systems
  • Liaise with the Funding and Benefits Team regarding the financial aspects of the service

About You: To be considered, you will need experience working within a regulated care provider or commissioning authority, knowledge of person-centered approaches to care, and relevant legislation, policy, and practices.

This role is subject to satisfactory references and a DBS check.
