Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial you will be a trusted advisor both to internal and external stakeholders with a relentless eye to detail providing but not limited to commercial solutions (creative commercial solutions), financial and analytical business insight.
Working with sales you need to have superior relationship skills managing the healthy tension between winning in the market and ensuring sound decision making and profitable growth.
Work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders to provide commercial insight and analytical support for new business investment opportunities through the Acquisition and In-life teams.
Support and enable the sales team to drive commercial discussions on deals.Responsible for excellence in commercial pricing, influencing, and managing stakeholders up to Director level.
Deliver win-win commercial models ensuring customer needs are addressed, aligning with Radius's financial objectives, and managing risk.
Strong Commercial Modelling and Pricing experience, and articulation of value propositions to stakeholders across Radius.
Advanced Excel skills - experience of building and maintaining detailed reports is advantageous.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
