Up to £24k basic + OTE + excellent company benefits
Monday - Friday Hybrid 2 days from Home
The Role:
- Develop new business through outbound calls
- Building on existing relationships
- Work alongside Business Development Executives
- Promote other area's within the business
- Identify potential new customers by visiting industry websites, trade shows, and other related information sources.
- Work towards daily KPI's
- Engaging with clients to generate appointments for their sales team
- Contacting new business's from your research to book appointments for the sales team
- Using Sales Navigator to a high standard
Experience:
- Proven track record of significantly exceeding targets and expectations
- Experience working in a KPIdriven environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent relationshipbuilding skills.
- Excellent business persuasion, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Organisational and planning skills.
- Problemsolving skills
- Ability to develop executivelevel relationships.
- Knowledge and previous experience in standards are desirable.
