Job summary:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Overseas Treatment & Travel Team at Jersey General Hospital.

This role requires a person who has a genuine interest in the healthcare profession.

You will be required to arrange travel and accommodation for patients being referred off Island for medical procedures in UK hospitals.


You must have excellent communication skills, be confident but also compassionate in supporting patients in the their off-Island care pathway.

You will be expected to communicate effectively with wide range of personnel both locally and in the UK.
Good administrative skills and ability to keep accurate accounts in travel expenditure is essential.

Experience in travel and a healthcare environment would be advantageous, however, training will be given. This is a part time role, including a Saturday with some flexibility of hours, Monday - Friday.
