  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported
  • Encourage independence and selfconfidence in students, promoting their social and emotional development
  • Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to ensure the holistic development of students
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and contribute to the assessment process
  • Uphold safeguarding policies and procedures, reporting any concerns promptly and appropriately
