Home Instead Braintree was started by Grainne and Mike Sheehy in 2021. We cover Braintree, Halstead, Sudbury, Marks Tey, Kelvedon and Coggeshall. We are looking for kind-hearted home care workers who want to work in their local community caring for our elderly clients and particularly if living near Braintree.

Job Description:

At Home Instead we value the amazing work that our Care Professionals do every day.

In order to help you achieve the best for yourself and your clients we offer:

Competitive pay - from £12 to £14 per hour. Bank Holiday pay rates £24.00 per hour.

_ Minimum 1 hour calls_- with client matching for continuity.

Guaranteed contract from 10 hours per week part time to 25 hours per week full time. Various shifts from weekdays to evenings and weekends.

What will you bring:

Help clients to remain happy, healthy and thriving in their own homes Responsibilities may include:

  • Help with washing, dressing or bathing.
  • Companionship and wellbeing support
  • Help with everyday tasks from cooking a meal to light housework
  • Helping your client access their community by accompanying them to the shops or appointments
What Qualifications do you need?

You must have a full Driving Licence and have your own car.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Braintree, Essex reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
