We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative.

As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries or issues over the phone.

Fluency in both Spanish and English is required for this position.

Duties:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
  • Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or upsell additional products/services
  • Handle escalated calls or complaints with empathy and problemsolving skills
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

From £23,944.66 per year
