Stellantis is currently recruiting for CORAIL Flow Administrator - Supply Chain to join the Manufacturing team within the organisation.

The Opportunity


Applications are invited from suitably qualified people for a vacancy that has arisen for a Material Flow Administrator with the Supply Chain department of Vauxhall, Ellesmere Port.


The main functions will be ensuring all necessary data is coherent and complete to allow for an efficient component flow and lead the updating of the data by the various partners.

These partners will include suppliers, packaging teams, transport teams and companies, internal stakeholders and the wider team.


You will set up and monitor the flows to ensure that they are working as designed and no problems are occurring.


You will liaise with Purchasing, Supply Chain Engineers, EDI Team and Suppliers to make sure everything Is in place to set up system to enable Forecasts and orders to be sent via Corail.

Responsibility for both pre-series and run out will also be within this role.

Ideally degree educated with a proven track record in supply chain.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables include:

  • Create the document flow when a new BOM flow arrives (assign supplier)
  • Monitor the integration of the UC packaging
  • Assign flows to suppliers
  • Monitor the creation of transport paths (passage stages), the assignment of unloading platforms to the part flow and the integration of CATs
  • Monitor the integration of internal flows (or create internal flows elsewhere than during assembly)
  • Validate the flows after having verified that all the data are present and consistent
  • Manage flow evolution (part transfers)
  • Liaise with Purchasing, Supply Chain Engineers, EDI Team and Suppliers to make sure everything Is in place to set up system to enable Forecasts and orders to be sent via Corail.
  • Day to day follow of process material for both General Assembly and Welding shop, ordering material and ensuring stock levels are correct and making sure parts do not go out of date.
  • Ensure the coordination of cases relating to the extinction of parts (product evolution, quality improvement, )
  • Carry out an internal balance sheet of surpluses on the basis of physical inventories
  • Carry out an initial financial assessment
  • Manage studies for the reuse of surplus parts (takeover, upgrade, derogation)
  • Coordinate the analysis and sending to DPLO of supplier surplus declaration files
  • Monitor the endofseries budget
  • Manage transcodification between the DA and internal logistics (Transport, CFLI, FLC)
  • Monitor the End of Series budget with management
  • Facilitate with the Launch Pilot the followup of the DAN
  • Maintaining, repairing and improvements for all equipment as required to safely deliver the product to the customer on time, at the required quality and cost.
  • Attending equipment breakdowns and working with the team to get production operational in the shortest possible timescale, using your excellent general mechanical/electrical skills
  • Carry out various predictive, preventative and reactive maintenance processes, with appropriate feedback to your supervision and corrective actions to continually improve machine availability to production
  • Completing various reports and developing/updating working procedures and safe practices, including risk assessments, job instructions and planned/preventative maintenance

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels;
  • Developing relationships with colleagues from different areas of the plant, as well as any necessary external plants.
  • Excellent analytical problem solving, time management and follow skills.
  • Be a creative thinker with the ability to draw conclusions from limited data and take initiative to initiate actions.
  • A good working knowledge and understanding of the car build process.
