What we require:

  • In return we are looking to recruit someone who may be *immediately available, or has a short notice period. Has good communication skills, customer focussed, enjoys collaboration with colleagues and other departments.
We need an experienced administrator who is used to working at a fast pace, therefore thrives juggling lots of demands, within tight time constraints, here are a taste of the main parts of the job description:

Ensure the quote to order process is progressing swiftly and within agreed timescales
-
Own specific quotes and/or related issues and able to resolve problems with the customer and internal colleagues

Produce product estimates and quotes
-
Work with the technical team to ensure drawings are completed on schedule

Create sales orders to schedule
-
Produce shipping estimates and manage shipping to schedule
-
Assist the Head of Sales/Sales Managers with customer communication where necessary, alerting them to any issues

Ensure all records are accurate in our CRM and other filing systems

£26,000.00 per year
