Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and expand the current customer base through strategic approaches.
  • Develop a growth strategy that prioritizes financial results and customer happiness.
  • Proactively handle new inquiries, ensuring efficient processing and documentation for future reference.
  • Engage with customers to review proposals and address any queries.
  • Organize meetings with relevant stakeholders for thorough reviews.
  • Provide monthly activity reports, highlighting opportunities and forecasting future prospects.
  • Research new markets and customer requirements to drive business growth.
  • Participate in New Product Development initiatives.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to promote brand awareness.
  • Support specific campaigns as directed by the Sales Manager.
Qualifications and Experience:

  • Prior experience in the Standby Power Industry or related sectors like switchgear is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated track record as a Business Development Manager, sales executive, or similar role.
  • Customer support experience is advantageous.
  • Strong market understanding and insight.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Effective time management and planning skills.
