- Prior experience in the Standby Power Industry or related sectors like switchgear is beneficial.
- Demonstrated track record as a Business Development Manager, sales executive, or similar role.
- Customer support experience is advantageous.
- Strong market understanding and insight.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Effective time management and planning skills.
