We are looking to recruit a
Relief Carer for day and night shift to join our team.
- £12.26 per hour

Essential Experience / Criteria

A Carer will be:

  • A motivated and caring individual.
  • Able to maintain accurate written records of residents' daily activities.
  • Able to communicate effectively with other members of the staff team, residents and their relatives.
  • Have a legal right to work in the UK


Experience supporting older people, including those living with dementia, is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote a homely, therapeutic environment, which encourages independence and meets the needs of each individual.
  • Safeguard the residents at all times.
  • Assist and support residents with all identified care need in line with the Health & Social Care Standards.
  • Promote mental and physical wellbeing of residents through engaging and interactive activities.
