JOB SUMMARY


Scott Sheds Ltd are currently recruiting for an energetic all-round Administrator who is keen to make a move to a successful business in Horsford, Norwich.

The company has a large business base dealing with customers mainly throughout East Anglia but also covering the UK. This is an ongoing permanent full-time role. We are looking for a hard-working, adaptable person to join our accounts team. Training will be given as required.

Skills required include:

  • The ability to multitask and remain focussed
  • Strong team player
  • Demonstrate knowledge of accounting principles to understand the role of the finance department
In addition to the above a good sense of humour will go a long way. We enjoy our work, and it is a busy and happy office.

Working as part of a small team, you report directly to the Manager, performing an all-round role with duties to include:

  • Client queries
  • Preparation and completion of weekly and monthly supplier payments
  • Raising sales invoices and dispatching to customers
  • Monitor sales orders, stock levels and haulage organisation
  • Liaising with suppliers and issuing purchase orders
  • To carry out any other tasks requested by the Manager/ Owner

Holiday: 20 days Holiday per year plus bank Holidays (28 days in total),

10 days has to be used during Christmas/New Year shutdown.

Bonus Scheme:
Following your successful 12-week probationary period you will be

Automatically put on the company bonus scheme.

Pension Scheme:
You will be automatically enrolled into the workplace pension if eligible

From £10.70 per hour
