The Role:

  • We are currently looking for a Data Steward to join our fast paced team in Hull

In this role you'll:

  • Deliver setup of materials, packing BOMs, routings, versions and various other planning/operation data within SAP, SNP systems to support site operations.
  • Manage the data set up process, coordinating with all relevant functions, to ensure that data is set up according to required timelines.
  • Extract and analyse data from relevant systems for use in weekly/monthly reporting and key performance indicator (KPI) reporting.
  • Proactively manage any conflicts in timelines cross functionally to ensure data is available.
  • Ensure all data entry is accurate & accountable for all systems used.
  • All data is set up to ensure no impact to site KPI's.
  • Manage the discontinuation process for data within SAP & SNP /APO.

You'll succeed if you have the following experience & qualifications

  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry with strong communication skills.
  • Are achievement focussed and able to work in a direct and often pressurised environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and influence at all levels & are flexible to respond to changing priorities.
  • Able to work on own initiative and be selfmotivated.
  • Computer literate with excellent knowledge of Excel.
