Jenson Fisher are delighted to be once again partnering with our long standing client based in Perthshire to recruit a Financial Accountant on a permanent, full time basis.
Reporting into the Financial Controller of this fast paced, dynamic and commercialbusiness, the Financial Accountant will be responsible for ensuring that reporting deadlines are met whilst maintaining compliance in an environment where collaborative working is encouraged.
This role will suit a Qualified Accountant (CA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent) and as a professional you will have fantastic commercial awareness and business acumen, harnessed throughout your career to date.
On a day to day basis your responsibilities will include:- Preparation of management accounts for multiple entities within the Group.
- Balance sheet reconciliations,
- Assisting with the production of annual statutory accounts and playing a key role throughout the yearend process.
- Preparation of budgets and forecasts including working with individual budget holders to ensure a thorough understanding of same.
- Project accounting, particularly in respect to business investments and ongoing business planning strategies.
- Maintenance of the Fixed Asset Register.
- Developing, improving and enhancing existing financial processes and procedures across the business.
