Fleet Coordinator - £30,000 - Kingswinford, West Midlands


We are searching for a dedicated and enthusiastic Fleet Coordinator to join our growing Supply Chain/Logistics team based at our Head Office in Kingswinford, West Midlands.

Here's how you'll make a difference:

  • Track expenses and fleet performance, working closely with our Group Supply Chain Manager to keep costs down and efficiency high.
  • Build strong relationships with engineers, mechanics, and vehicle garages, working together to minimise downtime and get vehicles back on the road ASAP. As well as, liaising with insurance brokers for timely claims processing.
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance by ensuring our fleet stays legal and safe, conducting regular vehicle inspections, and overseeing endoflease checks to identify and report damages.
  • You'll champion preventative maintenance, making sure vehicles are regularly serviced and ready for anything. Keeping our team safe and sound, both on the road and off.
  • Manage the rotation of available vehicles to minimise reliance on hired vehicles, effectively offhiring leased vehicles with mínimal downtime, and monitoring fuel consumption through fuel card administration.
  • Monitoring business and private mileage monthly, generating reports for relevant stakeholders, and utilizing data insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • We encourage continuous learning, you'll attend workshops and training programs to stay informed on industry trends and compliance, bringing your newfound knowledge back to the team.

  • You've a proven track-record in Fleet Management/coordination
  • A good communicator, you'll need to keep everyone in the loop about fleet updates, schedules, and any other needtoknow information. Working with different departments, ensuring everyone is on the same page and moving in the right direction.
  • You'll have a keen eye for accuracy and a talent for keeping things organised, from tracking maintenance schedules to managing paperwork. Always on the lookout for ways to improve efficiency.
  • You're a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • A master of time management, you will be experienced in juggling multiple tasks and deadlines with ease, with a cando attitude. Able to keep thinks on track and hitting deadlines.
