About the Role:

The QS/Estimator role is crucial for the company's growth, focusing on securing new business and spotting opportunities in tenders and design projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and organize operations efficiently.
  • Understand client needs for accurate project costs.
  • Plan work schedules and procure materials.
  • Ensure detailed records for invoicing and reporting.
  • Read and interpret site plans accurately.
  • Utilize CAD and site surveying skills.
  • Knowledge of CDM regulations.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Comply with health and safety policies.
  • Bring in new initiatives for cost savings.
  • Identify training needs for staff.
  • Contribute positively to the team.
About You:

Essential Requirements:

  • Knowledge of industry contracts.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Experience in Civils/Construction/Land Drainage.
  • Proactive and problem-solving attitude.
  • Strong IT and communication skills.
  • Great team player.
  • QS Qualified.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Ability to operate plant equipment safely.
