Aspirations Care are looking for an experienced Male Support Worker to join the team in our service in West Heath, Birmingham, B31.
You will be confident and willing to access the community with the service users, therefore being a driver is essential for this role.
This post will require someone who is from a Forensic mental health background.

What will the job involve?
- Assisting our people to improve their knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Offer stimulation and motivation through conversation and social activity.
- Assisting with meal preparation, cooking, and cleaning.
- Booking and attending health care appointments with our people.
- Reporting any safeguarding concerns to the management team.
- Maintaining records by keeping care plans and risk assessments up to date.
