We are currently recruiting for an E-commerce Telesales Executive for our client based in Pontypridd. Must be an excellent communicator with exceptional customer service skills. An enthusiastic, patient and resilient individual is essential to be successfulin the role.

  • Permanent contract
  • Full time hours

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert leads into sales
  • Meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Meet KPI's and revenue targets
  • Enter and update customer information onto the system
  • Take and process orders
  • Resolve customer complaints and queries
  • Monitoring the performance of new clients to ensure they trade to profile
  • Sales pipeline management
  • Assist The Warehouse team as per demand
  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role
  • Experience assisting order processing
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota
  • Ability and willingness to learn about products and services
