Saturday Showroom Host - Aston Martin, Bentley and Rolls-Royce

Job summary:

As we prepare for the re-opening of our JCT600 Brooklands site which will be home to our luxury Aston Martin, Bentley and Rolls Royce brands, we are looking to recruit Saturday showroom hosts to welcome and look after our specialist brand customers. Establishing their needs and directing them to the most appropriate colleagues, you will ensure that all customers are well attended to at the dealership and assisting them where appropriate.

This is a Saturday position in which you will work 8 hours.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Ensuring all visitors consistently receive a professional and courteous welcome.Providing excellent customer service in line with the company's high standards and carry out professional work with enthusiasm and energy.Looking after and providing refreshments to customers and visitors who are waiting for another member of the team.Assist as necessary to maximise the customers' comfort while they are on site.Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of customer facing and other areas to ensure the desired image of the dealership is maintained.Maintain a basic knowledge of the products and services in order to answer basic sales and service enquiries from the customer.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and unambiguously with customers, members of the public and other team members.The ability to quickly build rapport with and inspire confidence in customers. A customer centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations. An impeccable standard of personal presentation.A passionate, enthusiastic, proactive, professional approach
