As Collections Specialist, the post-holder will be working on our high-profile Stirling Park contract so you will be given the opportunity to make a real difference in this role.


Handling inbound and outbound calls, you will be responsible for professionally negotiating payment arrangements and settlements on behalf of our clients.

You will also manage your own portfolio of accounts, making appropriate recovery and legal action decisions where appropriate.

What you'll be doing:

  • Help customers arrange repayments via inbound and outbound calls.
  • Treat customers fairly, consistently and with empathy whilst also negotiating acceptable repayment terms for outstanding debts.
  • Autonomously manage your own accounts and recovery whilst working towards achieving a personal bonus.

What we're looking for:

  • Excellent call handling skills
  • To be quick and effective at building trust and relationships.
  • The ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
  • To be comfortable working towards targets and KPI's.
  • A good knowledge and understanding of GDPR.
  • A determined and positive attitude with good work ethics
