This role requires experience from the NHS or private care settings to effectively manage a varied caseload. You'll conduct social care and risk assessments, coordinate group activities, and contribute to vital meetings that shape service users' future plans.

Reporting to the Safeguarding Lead, you'll oversee internal investigations and collaborate with relevant authorities during admissions and discharges.

  • Your responsibilities will include:
  • Referrals to LADO and Local Authority aligned with safeguarding standards
  • Educating Hospital staff on safeguarding protocols
  • Completing comprehensive social care reassessments
  • Facilitating access to various support services
  • Participating in 1:1 supervision sessions

  • To excel in this role, you'll need:
  • Registration with Social Work England
  • A Social Work degree
  • Prior experience in similar settings
  • Experience with children or CAMHS
