evriONE Salon is looking for a level 3 Senior stylist to join our team.

Duties:

As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure client satisfaction and salon success:

• Provide hair cutting, coloring, and styling services to clients
• Consult with clients and use your creativity and knowledge to understand their needs and provide them with the best service for their desired look
• Provide 5 star luxury customer services
• Mentor junior stylists and assist in their professional development
• Maintaining high standards and cleanliness of the salon at all times
• Utilize upselling techniques to promote salon products and services
• Oversee store management tasks to maintain an organised salon
• Perform barbering services such as beard trims and shaves
• Deliver exceptional customer service to build client loyalty

Skills and Attributes:

• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Ability to mentor and guide junior stylists in skill development
• Familiarity with front desk operations including appointment scheduling and customer service
• Strong upselling abilities to increase sales of salon products and services
• Knowledge of store management practices to ensure smooth salon operations
• Professional and committed
• Creative and knowledgeable in your craft
