evriONE Salon is looking for a level 3 Senior stylist to join our team.

**Duties**:
As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure client satisfaction and salon success:

- Provide hair cutting, coloring, and styling services to clients
- Consult with clients and use your creativity and knowledge to understand their needs and provide them with the best service for their desired look
- Provide 5 star luxury customer services
- Mentor junior stylists and assist in their professional development
- Maintaining high standards and cleanliness of the salon at all times
- Utilize up-selling techniques to promote salon products and services
- Oversee store management tasks to maintain an organised salon
- Perform barbering services such as beard trims and shaves
- Deliver exceptional customer service to build client loyalty

**Skills and Attributes**:

- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to mentor and guide junior stylists in skill development
- Familiarity with front desk operations including appointment scheduling and customer service
- Strong up-selling abilities to increase sales of salon products and services
- Knowledge of store management practices to ensure smooth salon operations

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years on floor Salon Hairdresser Senior Stylist experience

Licence/Certification:

- Hairdressing NVQ/SVQ Level 3 (required)

**Salary**: £22,880.00 per year
