About the role We are looking for a Customer Experience Advisor on a core 30 hour contract in our DFS in Croydon,
CR0 4YJ*An engaging & passionate personality is essential for our Customer Experience Advisor roles as they will understand exactly what the customers need and have the ability to remain positive, with a 'can do' attitude. A flexible approach is needed as you will be interacting with the customers, dealing with a small level of sales and supporting the store with organisational tasks.
This role definitely provides a variety of responsibilities; from supporting showroom standards, text and video chat, call backs to customers, processing of sales, weekly audits and responding to customers queries.
You will need the commitment to step out of your comfort zone, to try something new, but most importantly to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
