Purchase Ledger Assistant / Finance Administrator
Salary:
£25,000 (pro rata) circa £13-£14 p/h

SF are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Assistant / Finance Administrator for a manufacturing company based in Flitwick.
You will be collaborating with the Finance team, Internal Sales team, Logistics team and wider business, so excellent communication and broad finance skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing bank deposits and payments.
- Reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies.
- Reconciling supplier statements.
- Creating and updating expense reports.
- Preparing, sending & storing sales invoices.
- Reporting on status of Accounts Receivable and Accounts payable.
- Updating and maintaining internal accounting system.
- Reviewing and filing payroll documentation.
- Participating in quarterly and annual audits.
- 2 years' experience in a Finance / Accounting role.
- Use of MS Office suite and confident IT skills
- Excellent communication.
- High level of numeracy and accuracy.
- Very organised and good decision making.

This is Temporary role, in view to a Permanent appointment.
