Are you a Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker wanting to control your own rota with flexibility to work the shifts that suit you?

There is no minimum number of hours you're required to work, though it is recommended to work as often as you can to ensure your induction knowledge and familiarity with the service is retained.

Weekdays, nights and weekend shifts are regularly available, which are easy to view and book through an app. Within a few taps you'll have the shifts secured with Elysium that you want.


Whether your experience is from the NHS or private sector, you can join the team as a Bank Support Worker with an hourly rate that includes a 12.07% uplift to cover annual leave, plus have access to a range of benefits including free meals on duty, freeparking and much more.


Where you will be working

Location: 185 Arabella Dr, Roehampton, London SW15 5LH


Arabella Drive is based in Roehampton and is part of our learning disability and autism division and provides support for people who may be living with moderate learning disabilities with associated health needs, autism and behaviours which, due to theirdiagnosis may be seen as challenging.

Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will offer support to people as part of their care pathway.

Whether it is moving from their community placement or a family home because they require more structured care and support.

  • The service operates 24/7. Standard shifts are 7.5 hours a day, on a 0 hour contract, so you can pick and choose when you work.

What you will be doing


You will join an inclusive, supportive team that works well together to provide care to people with learning disabilities and autism.

Whether you have experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Care Worker, you will use your knowledge and skills to help supportpeople lead a valued and fulfilled life.
