We are looking for a
Housekeeping Supervisor.
This is a full-time role and will be reporting into the Head Housekeeper.

We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills, attention to detail and has previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment.

As a
Housekeeping Supervisor you will be:

  • To assist the Head Housekeeper with checking bedrooms ahead of guests checking in and after turndown service.
  • To handle all guest requests, queries and complaints promptly and to exercise discretion in any contact with guests.
  • Create memorable guest experiences by following our Top 12 Standards and creating personalised
  • To report immediately any malfunctioning equipment and all maintenance issues to the supervisor and/or engineer on duty.
  • Ensure the highest level of cleanliness in all areas of the hotel.

100 Princes Street will be our first hotel in Scotland.


The original building and its iconic features will be respectfully renovated, transforming it into an exclusive retreat on Edinburgh's most famous street.

With uninterrupted views of Edinburgh Castle, 100 Princes Street will replicate the boutique atmosphere of its sister property, Hotel 41, the most-loved hotel in London and TripAdvisor's number one hotel in the English capital for over 10 years.

  • The Wallace is our allday lounge, dining room, wellstocked bar, library and tasting room, guests can dine on delicious hearty fare, made using the freshest local produce while sipping on a single malt or artisan gin, or relax and enjoy traditional afternoon tea while gazing at Edinburgh Castle.
  • We electronically scan and store a copy of your passport/visa and/or ID card to gain a clear indication of the authenticity of the document and establish the 'Right to Work' in the UK._
