  • You will join the Housekeeping team as a Supervisor.
  • You enjoy supervising and delivering front office operations smoothly and efficiently, dealing with guests' queries and complaints, and creating memorable experiences for our guests and colleagues.
  • Are you an ambitious hotelier, with experience leading a team ? Do you have passion for exceptional customer service, excellent communication, coaching, and problem solving skills? Then this is the job for you
  • Ensure that all team members are fully equipped with the tools, skills, behaviours and knowledge required
  • Organise the department and team to ensure an efficient and effective shift
  • Spot check quality standards on a daily basis and provide feedback / take corrective action
  • Be environmentally aware
  • Dispose of waste accordingly
  • Carry out lost property procedures
  • In conjunction with the Assistant Executive Housekeeper / Executive Housekeeper ensure that the team to deliver optimal levels of productivity in line with forecasted activity
  • A full time Housekeeping Supervisor will work 5 days per week, including, but not always, weekends and bank holidays. However the role is available part time as well
