Production Planner

We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Planner to join our team on a fixed term basis and play an integral role in managing the day-to-day planning of a global supplier base, ensuring optimum stock levels are maintained with the aim to deliver the best possible service to our customers.


This role will be responsible for delivering world class customer service whilst optimising working capital and labour usage across our manufacturing plant.

They will own Selby site planning and will also be joining the business on the beginning of a journey to implement a new ERP system and will have the opportunity to set good processes and routines up working closely with the team implementing the system.


You will be required to work closely with the sales, demand planning and customer service team and will be responsible for creating daily production schedules that fulfil all orders in full.

You will manage the ordering and delivery of raw materials and co-ordinate inbound goods into the manufacturing facility. Being passionate, hands-on with an affinity to the shop floor is a must.

What are we looking for?

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months

Salary:
Up to £37,000.00 per year
