LMP Education are seeking 3 new apprentices to join our sales operations team. We are looking for x2 enrolment administrators and x1 sales administrator (All positions include a business admin Level 3 apprenticeship/ qualification across a 14 month contract).

Job Purpose


In our determination to further develop our service and responsiveness to local, regional and national industry we are seeking enthusiastic individuals to support the business development team to assist with the employer onboarding process, support with learner enrolments and to support our customer service strategy.


Reports to:

Sales Management, LMP Education

Based at:

LMP Head Office, London, Hammersmith.
Most of us work Remotely, at home/ hybrid option.

Salary:

£12,000 PA. Depending on age/ experience.

Contract:
14-month contract with clear progression options**
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
-
We are an integral part of the enrolment process within the company and this role can be demanding at times, so we are looking for individuals with the following qualities: Someone driven, highly efficient, enjoys working in a fast-paced setting and has good time management
:

  • To ensure that all data requirements are maintained, records are up to date accurate and deadlines for returns are made within our CRM system.
  • Ensuring that employers are compliant with ESFA funding rules as well as assisting employers in the management of their digital Apprenticeship Service account as well as gathering of any missing employer paperwork.
  • Providing accurate information, advice, and guidance on apprenticeships as part of our LMP enrolment process. You will also need to support the wider team by assisting in processing learner paperwork.
  • Filling Apprenticeship Vacancies by screening applicants through our ATS.
  • Building relationships through great customer service.
  • To support the Sales Director and Sales Management team with administration tasks as and when needed.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • The ability to communicate at a professional level with external and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to plan development activity
  • Ability to be proactive excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent time keeping skills
  • Must have attention to detail and have an ability to follow a process.

Education and Experience
A-C in English and Maths. Previous administration experience (desired)

Apprenticeship programme


As part of this role you will be enrolled onto the Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship (Expected duration months to complete the program, in which you will have monthly online reviews and check ins with your allocated tutor).


Work Environment

Your work environment for the nature of this role is our head office that we are operating out of at any given time.

Your role will include working from the LMP head office and any other places that we are running education delivery from.

During holiday periods this will extend to working on additional programmes not related to education. Some Hybrid working may be considered.
