What you'll do
Your key accountabilities will include

  • Balance and effectively manage the global packaging requirements against the C&H product and sourcing strategies putting the customer at the centre, whilst aligning to the commercial strategy for the BU / business area
  • Set and maintain the packaging technical standards across the business area putting customer requirements at the centre of policy, and ensuring that these standards are frequently and clearly communicated to all stakeholders involved in the design, product development and production processes (Buying Departments, Suppliers, Sourcing Offices)
  • Lead the Packaging team to provide technical product expertise to the packaging development process ensuring delivery of packaging to the critical path
  • Monitor and manage Packaging KPI's e.g. Outsourced artwork team, ESG Targets, waste reporting and rebates

Your skills and experience will include
- _Expert in the field of Packaging, supply chain and end to end delivery of packaged product including manufacturing, transit, construction and/or print/ packaging materials_
- _Analytical skills, championing and leveraging extensive Business wide network to shape future packaging strategy across clothing and Home._
- _Multi tasked orientated working to tight deadlines while maintaining entrepreneurialism. _
- _Ability to lead, coach and manage people to support development and drive success._
- _Ability to balance Global packaging standards with the commercial needs of the business_
