Joining a dynamic team, you will be instrumental in upgrading the back-office core systems, particularly Oracle Fusion, and optimizing the purchase-to-pay process (P2P).

What You'll Do:

  • Enhance the use of Purchase Agreements to track spend and manage contract deadlines efficiently
  • Implement Purchase Order capabilities through Oracle i-supplier portal for seamless invoicing processes
  • Analyze the benefits of Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) and enhance their utilization
  • Streamline the creation and maintenance of Purchase Agreements in Oracle, including interfacing necessary data from electronic contract records
  • Establish a monitoring process using Purchase Agreements to track waivers and prevent unauthorized usage
  • Collaborate with technical support to develop and implement Oracle solutions and related reporting
  • Gradually implement solutions, beginning with major contracts and expanding to cover contracts exceeding £25k
  • Define invoice entry and approval processes for Accounts Payable via i-portal
  • Coordinate with Accounts Payable on an implementation schedule and communicate effectively with suppliers

  • Prior experience in delivering contract and e-invoicing solutions
  • Proficiency in Oracle Fusion procurement is advantageous
  • Ability to engage with Technical Partners to ensure clear technical requirements
  • Strong communication skills for effective business-wide interactions
  • Engagement with end-users to guarantee practical solutions and aid in testing procedures
