We have morning (07:00 - 15:00) rotas available

  • Training academies throughout Northern Ireland
  • Practical paid training
  • CPD approved certificate for training
  • QCF Levels 2, 3 and 5 qualifications

  • Mentoring arrangements
  • Uniforms supplied
  • Flexible working hours full time and part time morning, afternoon, evenings and late rotas
  • Child friendly hours put to bed rotas to suit mums and students
  • Running 4/3 rotas both full time and part time available
  • Experienced care company with over 50 years in healthcare
  • Recommend a Friend incentive any of our staff who recommend someone who comes to work for NWCare will receive a voucher (no limit to number)
We can offer both full time and part time flexible rotas.

We work off a 4/3 rota pattern, as follows:

  • Week
  • Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday Week
  • Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
We also have overnight rotas from 23:00 - 07:00

No qualifications or experience are necessary as full bespoke training will be provided

ESSENTIAL:

  • Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle
  • Great communication skills
  • Able to promote and deliver person centered care
  • Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care
  • Be well organised/professional/caring
  • Interested in working in the community within Health and Social Care
  • Care about the community they live in

DESIRABLE:

QCF level 3 in H & SC

Paid caring experience
