The Vacancy - Fixed Term - 9 months
Our Payroll Assistant will help to process the accurate Payroll and administration each month.

How will you do this?

Joining our busy Payroll team, you will ensure all payroll processing is completed and in time with Atlanta's SLA's. Whilst processing new starters and leavers calculations and issuing P45's to leavers.

You will be responsible for the correct uploading of overtime and bonus into the payroll system ensuring correct integration of salary changes along with calculations.


You will need to provide copy payslips, financial references and statement of earnings for both ex/current employees and support the payroll leads with the management of long-term-sickness sick pay in accordance with our T&C's, along with the calculation of SSP.


To ensure the calculation of PAYE liabilities are in accordance with HMRC legislation whilst ensuring the calculation of Pension liabilities are in accordance with legislation and uploaded to the Pension provider in a timely manner.


With your experience in a payroll function, you will have strong written and communication skills; you will have the ability to manage your time and the others effectively.

You will be fully proficient in the use of Microsoft office excel. You will have an outstanding eye for detail.
