Agile PM/Scrum Master-MUST HAVE DV CLEARANCE-Inside IR35


You will own and drive the overall Scrum deliveries for your area, planned during quarterly phase planning sessions with client senior leadership where you will be expected to represent your team and support your technical SMEs.

You will responsible for managinga mixture of client and supplier delivery teams, assuring their fortnightly sprints and integrating the various team deliverable towards your area's quarterly phase plans.


Responsibilities

Expected to work with clients, with responsibility for achieving client satisfaction, producing deliverables to expected quality and within commercial constraints.

Will need to build and maintain strong client relationships as will be embedded in the client's delivery teams working directly with client staff and consultants from other organisations.

Contribute and collaborate with a range of stakeholders routinely.

Being adaptable and flexible to suit the circumstances, being prepared to work either at a high-level or at a detailed level when its required.

Will support business development by identifying and exploiting new business opportunities.

Skills and experience
A proven and successful background in delivery management. With a broad range of management and project management skills. An in-depth knowledge of at least one relevant business sector. May be a noted expert in an industry sector or specific functional area.
Agile Project Management Qualification (eg Scrum, SAFe, Agile PM)
Demonstrable experience of working on projects and assignments, with evidence of responsibility to deliver in time pressured and complex technical or intense stakeholder environments
