Purpose of Role:
The main focus of this role is to lead the PMO for the inclusion of recently acquired brands and businesses. It is essential to highlight that this position is open for a 9-month secondment opportunity. Role Complexity:

  • Key role within the new business integration team responsible for developing, delivering, and executing integration work
  • Engagement with the senior leadership teams, founders of counterparties, and broader organizational units to ensure smooth integration
  • Utilize expertise from various departments to gain valuable insights and support for seamless integration
  • Capable of working at a fast pace with agility, ensuring clarity and completion of integration tasks
  • Manage multiple priorities efficiently within tight deadlines
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues before they impact the business significantly

Qualifications and Experience Needed:

  • BA/BS Degree with relevant professional certifications
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • Over 5 years of experience in a global CPG or similar environment, showcasing strong business acumen

Critical Capabilities:

  • Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in successfully executing projects within a fast-paced multinational corporation
  • Effective coordination of cross-functional teams from diverse locations to achieve successful results
  • Proven track record in planning, measuring, and delivering complex project plans efficiently
  • Ability to influence upwards and manage communication effectively with senior stakeholders
  • Familiarity with risk management strategies and successful mitigation practices
  • Adaptable and flexible with a high pace of work
  • Knowledge of industry-standard project management tools and collaboration software
Skills: PMO, Project Management Methodologies

Education: BA/BS Degree with relevant professional certifications

  • PMP certification is preferred
