As our Enterprise Architect you will guide engineers in designing scalable solutions and administer governance to ensure compliance with standards, security, and regulatory requirements, while establishing risk assessment practices.

The Team:
lead by our talented VP of Technical Operations - Jesse, you will join a super team of 50+ highly skilled and professional individuals based across the globe who are as much fun as they are talented within their field You would be joining a rapidly growing team bringing the success of a new distribution model to the UK from Denver, Colorado (Awarded number 50 in the UK's Best Companies, Best Places to Work 2022 by Glassdoor and Employer of the year Women in IT UK Awards With $96m in investment this year, we've pioneered simplifying the cloud buying journey for thousands of partners by reinventing the IT Distribution model with more than 50 vendors giving customers and partners real choice.
Draft, review, and approve Request for Changes (RFCs) and Architectural Decision Records (ADRs). Establish a high-quality standard for architectural diagrams, providing guidance, review and support.
Establish and enforce architecture governance processes, ensuring compliance with architectural standards, data and security requirements, and regulatory guidelines. Establish risk and impact assessment practices
Drive your own personal development and performance improvements by participating in learning paths on Elev8, taking part in Pax8 L&D programs, receiving peer or manager coaching, taking on stretch projects or on the job training
