While the company's history is rooted in beer, we offer a modern portfolio that expands beyond the beer aisle.- Our growing beverage portfolio in the UK & Ireland includes Pravha, Staropramen, Blue Moon, Rekorderlig, Aspall Cyder alongside popular favourites Coors Light, Carling - the UK's number one selling lager, and the UK's number one selling cask ale - Doom Bar.- We're looking to recruit a Warehouse Operator based at our Burton Brewery.- In this role you will work effectively as part of a team in a fast paced warehouse environment, providing support to two production packaging lines, as well as following picking lists and loading orders, loading and removing stock from trailers, supporting the daily loading, dispatch and distribution of all products in a safe and effective manner in accordance with the relevant Health and safety frameworks and legislation.
Responsibility
- Providing a safe and prompt service to Two keg production lines, ensuring the correct placement of the stock into a warehouse environment.
- Following pick lists and loading plans to correctly and safely move stock.
- Communicate with other departments to ensure the effective resolution of any loading/dispatch queries.
- The safe operation, pre use checks, battery changing, and general care of a fork lift truck.
- First Point of call for Team Members, and other business units within MCBC.
- Responsible for allocating overtime and updating team holidays.
About You
- Effectively communicate with teams on other shifts and able to work as part of a team.
- Able to facilitate meetings and teambased project groups.
- Able to plan, coordinate and improve work done by the team, as a member of that team. Within agreed timescale achieve WCSC validation
