Job duties

  • To provide a wide range of enjoyable, stimulating, and educational activities for a group of children aged 0
  • Offering the highest standards of childcare, our nurseries have dedicated teams of experienced professionals who are committed to helping children from threemonths five years old get the best possible start in life. Taplins offer a safe, happy, and nurturing environment where children can reach their full potential in an atmosphere where they feel valued and cared for.
  • To provide continuity of care for the groups of children within the Day Nursery ensuring that each child is provided with a safe, secure, emotionally, and physically stimulating environment and programme of activities in which to develop.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that the patient, family, and carers are at the centre of everything you do.
  • Be open, honest, and willing to acknowledge when something has gone wrong. Make timely apologies and take action to report incidents, including near misses; to ensure that as an organisation we learn.

Person Specification

  • Must be able to demonstrate experience as a nursery assistant
  • Have experience working with children aged 0
  • Understand that an enhanced DBS check will have to be done
  • If you have Nursery Nurse experiences it will be consider as senior position

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract

Contract length: 12 months

Part-time hours: 37.5 per week
