Back End Developer – Leicester – 12 Month Contract

Posted Monday, 31 October 2016 Endeavour Recruitment has a new opportunity for a C# Back End Developer who has excellent overall technical capabilities.

Previous experience of working on Mission Critical Systems is advantageous, as is industry experience in either Logistics, Automation or Process Control.

Security Clearance is required for this role, so applicants must be eligible for clearance. The role is based in Leicester and is a 12 Month Contract with renewal opportunities. Excellent rates on offer to the right candidate.
Previous experience of writing communication interfaces to external systems using TCP/IP Sockets
Past work with Siemens S5/S7
C# / .Net
Write server based code that interfaces with relational databases
Oracle/SQL Server
Experience of Engineering Processes
Previous work with Programmable Logic Controllers
At least 5 years SQL Querying
Required Attributes –

The Successful Candidates Will Have:
A methodical way of working and excellent written and numeracy skills
Be able to manage and co-ordinate working groups consisting of people from differing elements and levels within their organisations
Good personal planning, organisation and analytical skills
Experience of performing similar roles in logistics or materials handling.
